The first year when we moved to Beijing we celebrated a great Swedish traditional crayfish party.
I purchased crayfish here and cooked them the Swedish way in my kitchen. Our crayfish party just got
bigger and bigger every year, all our friends, both English o International wanted to celebrate with us.
